Kate Kilpatrick becomes new head of marketing for Towergate Employee Benefits
Towergate Employee Benefits today officially welcomes Kate Kilpatrick to the business as head of marketing - employee benefits.
Following the creation of the centralised Advisory Marketing team last year, Kate will work in partnership with the Health & Protection business. Towergate will benefit from Kate’s wealth of marketing skills and expertise to support the company’s growth ambitions.
The newest member of the executive leadership team, Kate brings over 25 years’ experience in employee benefits, brand evolution, proposition development and marketing campaign execution that has been recognised through numerous awards. Previously Kate held a senior role at Willis Towers Watson, leading marketing and proposition for health, protection, and employee benefits.
